Dawson - Whithorse - Fairbanks - Tok - Glennallen - Anchorage all can be reached by these bus lines.
And if you wish to go to McCarthy there is a bus from Glennallen waiting for you :)
From June thru end of August there is even a shuttle bus that brings you from Fairbanks all the way to the Deadhorse/Prudhoe Bay.
